Cuisine as concept

Gourmet cooking at Hotel Engel

The house philosophy is reflected in the resort cuisine: it's all about enjoyment. But also knowing what is on your plate: carefully selected ingredients, high quality – and a lot of thought going into every dish. A symphony of aromas will take the senses by surprise, while colours and shapes seem made for each other. A view from the window across woodland. Yes, this is what is served: nature, region, love and expertise.
Conscious enjoymentWild herbs, sweet forest fruits, vegetables from the kitchen garden or local famers, organic meat from the village butcher – only select ingredients find their way into the resort cuisine. This gives rise to fresh, high-quality and tasty food. International cuisine meets traditional South Tyrolean dishes, always beautifully arranged and served, with guests' wishes and needs being interpreted accordingly.

Whether it's a gourmet menu or detox cuisine, lactose or gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian – the kitchen angel knows its stuff. Staying here benefits the senses as well as the body.
