An important part of our culinary philosophy is working closely with regional producers. Through the Eggental Taste Local initiative, we bridge the gap between regional farms and our kitchen. Vegetables, herbs, fruit and eggs come directly from farms in the region, bringing the variety of the Eggental valley to the plate with freshness, transparency and a strong sense of place.
