Please note

Single occupancy of a double room surcharge per day:
Double room 25.00 €
Sonnen Suite 35.00 €
Suite Garden of Eden 45.00 €

Room service: 5.00 €

Cancellation:
Up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival we will charge for 3 days accommodation.
From 4 weeks before arrival or should you check out earlier than agreed, we will charge for 70% of the booked stay.
For no shows we will charge for 100% of the booking.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance of 40.00 € for the whole family. This also covers last minute cancellations or early departure.

Room with breakfast: 10.00 € reduction on the luxury board price

Payment:
The hotel bill can be paid on the evening before your departure on request. The desk is open until 21:30 each night.
Payment in cash or by EC card is preferred.
Credit cards are also accepted (Visa, Mastercard).

Booking confirmation:
A reservation is only valid once we have confirmed this in writing.

On arrival your room will be available from 14:00. It is also possible to arrive earlier. For early check-in we charge 25.00 € per person, children are free. This price includes breakfast. Please let reception know if you plan to arrive later that 20:00.

On departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00. It may also be possible to delay your departure until 18:00. We charge 25.00 € per person for this, children are free. Included in the price: lunch buffet, afternoon coffee and cakes, use of the sauna, pool, fitness room and our ski guide.

Children's reductions:
Are only valid when staying in the same room as 2 full paying adults.

Only small dogs are permitted on request:
15.00 € per day without food. Please note that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining areas and any public areas. Owners are liable for any damage caused by dogs.
